Introductory Statement

The Pakistan Policy Institute, USA (PPI-USA) functions as a registered, nonpartisan academic and strategic policy platform dedicated to strengthening U.S.-Pakistan relations through informed analysis, civic engagement, and advocacy. Led by Dr. Gholam Mujtaba, a prominent political advisor with extensive experience on both sides of the Atlantic, the Institute acts as a crucial channel for diplomatic, cultural, and policy discussions between the two countries.

PPI-USA advocates for national integrity, transparency in foreign assistance, and the repatriation of Pakistan’s looted wealth. It promotes a forward-looking economic agenda centered on foreign investment incentives, corporate-led job creation, and economic justice, while opposing additional tax burdens on the general public.
Aligned with the constitutional values of the United States and the common principles of the Abrahamic faiths, the Institute works to protect religious and ethnic minorities, promote cultural inclusion, and foster mutual respect across different communities. Dr. Mujtaba’s strategic perspective ensures that Pakistan remains a strong U.S. ally while defending its sovereignty and deterring external threats.
